Request Billing Adjustment
To make your request for a billing adjustment please provide the following information.
Due to Service Failure
You may be eligible for a refund or adjustment of your transportation charges if we deliver your shipment after our published delivery commitment (see note below). To submit a new request for a billing adjustment due to service failure, or to check the status of an existing request click button.
Due to Non-Service Failure
You may be eligible for a refund or adjustment for reasons other than Service Failure, such as pricing errors, overcharges, incorrect service, rebills, etc.
Please Note
You may use this online application to request a refund or adjustment of your transportation charges if you are a U.S. customer requesting a refund for eligible FedEx Freight shipments sent within the 48 continental United States.
