Track Your Shipments Via Email (up to 100 shipments with one email request)

FedEx Freight is proud to offer our customers a quick, simple and convenient method for tracking the status of one or more shipments. Simply follow these steps, and track anything, anywhere you have the need.
  • Create a new email message using your email software.
  • Address the email to: trackfreight@fedex.com
  • Subject line - there is no need to input anything in this field
  • If tracking by a FedEx Freight PRO or TNBR number, type "FB" or "PRO" in the body of the message, enter one space and the number to track. Click "Send" and the system will return an email update on the shipment number entered.
  • If tracking by a purchase order or bill of lading number, type "PO" or "BL" in the body of the message, enter one space and the number to track (this number can be up to 16 digits), enter another space and the consignee zip code, enter another space and the two character consignee country code. Click "Send" and the system will return an email update on the shipment number entered.
  • To receive an image or POD with your email use the same instructions as shown above and add a space after the last number and type "Image".
  • In order for the system to send an image with the email status, there must be a "My Account" profile set up. If you are interested in setting up a "My Account" profile, simply call 1.800.435.7949 or contact your local account manager.

    (Please note: the system is not case sensitive.)

REMEMBER
  1. You can track up to 100 shipments in one email, but each number must appear on a separate line as shown above.
  2. To receive an image or POD with your email, use the same instructions as shown and add a space after the number and type the word "image". The document will include bill of lading and delivery receipt.
