From KNX & CCI on I-75 North Take exit 115 toward Airport/Lexington. Keep left at the fork; follow signs for Lexington/Airport/Keeneland. Turn left onto Newtown Pike and continue for 2.3 miles. The center will be on your left hand side.
From CRW Take I-64 West to I-75 North and then follow directions from KNX & CCI as shown above.
From NAS Traveling Eastbound on the Bluegrass Parkway, take exit 72A for US-60 E toward Lexington. Use the right lane to take the KY-4 N/New Circle Rd ramp to I-75/I-64. Take exit 9A for KY-922 S/Newtown Pike toward Lexington. Continue down Newtown Pike and merge into the left lane. The LEX service center will be on your left hand side at the first traffic light.
From the Airport When exiting the airport, turn left onto Man O War Blvd W. At the next light, turn right onto Versailles Rd. Use the right lane to take the KY-4 N/New Circle Rd ramp to I-75/I-64. Take exit 9A for KY-922 S/Newtown Pike toward Lexington. Continue down Newtown Pike and merge into the left lane. The LEX service center will be on your left hand side at the first traffic light.
From LOU on I-64 East Continue on I-64 E and merge onto I-75 S/I-64 E towards Lexington. Use the right lane to take exit 115 for KY-922 S toward Lexington.
